Labour welfare fund Haryana has provided more than 20 schemes for workers or staff of those organizations who cover under the same act. Employee and Employer contribute 10 and 20 Rupees respectively per month. The same amount deposited by Employer in the year-end. LABOUR WELFARE FUND STATE WISE SCHEME DETAIL
Widows/dependents to deceased industrial workers:-
In case of death of a worker for any reason, financial assistance of Rupees 2, 00, 000/- is given to widow/dependents. A sum of Rupees 20000/- is also given to the widow/dependents of deceased worker for cremation. The service of worker at the time of death should be at least six months.
Scholarship to the children of industrial workers:-
Labour welfare fund Haryana scholarships ranging between Rupees 4000/- to Rupees 15,000/- to children of workers are provided on getting pass marks from class 8th to M.A. including various diplomas/ degrees of professional courses. The service of worker at the time of applying for the scheme should be at least one year.
Kanyadaan Scheme:-
Financial assistance in the shape of Rupees 51000/- is provided for the marriage of daughters of Industrial Workers up to two daughters. The service of worker at the time of marriage should be at least 5 years.
Scheme for Spectacles:-
Labour welfare fund Haryana the Board provides financial assistance of Rupees 1000/- or actual cost of spectacles whichever is less to the industrial workers/their dependents for the purchase of spectacles prescribed by a doctor for improving their eye vision. The service of worker at the time of applying for the scheme should be at least one year.
Scheme for Dental care:-
The Board provides financial assistance of Rupees 2000/- and Rupees 5000/- to the industrial workers for dental cares and full denture respectively or the actual expenditure whichever is less. The amount is released to a worker on medical prescription of dentist and bill of expenditure. The service of worker at the time of applying for the scheme should be at least one year.
Scheme for Handicapped workers:-
Financial help of Rupees 20000/- for minor disability ( up to 50% injury) and Rupees 30000/- for major disability (above 50% injury) due to accidents or any reason while performing duties is given to workers on submission of the percentage of disability certificate from Hospital or Medical Board.

Mukhya Mantri Shram Puruskar scheme:-
Shram Purskars are given to highly efficient, disciplined and social workers ranging between Rupees 20,000/- to Rupees 1, 00,000/-. The service of worker at the time of applying for the scheme should be at least three years.
Women Training center & Multi-purpose Hall, Dabua Colony, Faridabad:-
A training center for Hair & Skin Care, Cutting & Tailoring, and Computer Education is being run at Dabua Colony, Faridabad in which free training is imparted to the children/dependents of industrial workers.
New Cycle to the workers for the purchase:-
Labour welfare fund Haryana Under this scheme those workers whose monthly income is up to Rupees 18000/- are re-imbrued the cost of a new cycle of Atlas, Hero, Avon, Hercules, and BSA brands up to the cost of Rupees 3000/- or actual cost of Cycle whichever is less. The service of worker at the time of applying for the scheme should be at least two years.
Female workers/male workers wife on delivery:-
Under this scheme financial assistance of Rupees, 7000/- is provided on delivery to those female workers or wife of male workers who have up to two children. The service of worker at the time of applying for the scheme should be at least one year.
Providing of school dress, books & notebooks to their female children:-
Under this scheme financial help of Rupees, 2000/- is provided to the female children of the worker who are studying in 1st to 4th class and Rupees 3000/- for studying in 5th to 8th class for the purchase of school dress, books and notebooks etc. The service of the worker should be at least two years.
Workers for the purchase of artificial limbs in the event of an accident. :-
Under this scheme financial help is provided to the workers/their dependent for the purchase of artificial limbs at the rates fixed by Saket Hospital, Chandi Mandir, Panchkula. The service of worker at the time of applying for the scheme should be at least one year.
Workers for the purchase of hearing machine for hearing aids :
Labour welfare fund Haryana scheme financial help is provided to those industrial workers / their dependents who have lost their hearing capacity due to any reason for the purchase of hearing machine or hearing aid up to Rupees 3000/- or actual price of hearing aid/ hearing machine whichever is less. The service of worker at the time of applying for the scheme should be at least one year.

Handicapped workers/their dependents for the purchase of Try Cycle:
Labour welfare fund Haryana scheme financial help is provided to the industrial workers / their dependents for the purchase of Try Cycle who have lost their lower limbs due to any reason for the purchase of try-cycle up to Rupees 5000/- or actual price of try-cycle whichever is less. The service of worker at the time of applying for the scheme should be at least one year.
Women workers for a purchase of Sewing Machine.
Labour welfare fund Haryana scheme has been introduced with effect from. 1.1.2013. Under this scheme, the working female industrial workers whose monthly income is up to Rupees 18000/- per month will be provided new Sewing Machine up to the cost of Rupees 3500/-. The service of female worker at the time of applying for the scheme should be at least two years.
L.T.C to the Industrial Workers:-
Labour welfare fund Haryana scheme has been introduced with effect from. 1.1.2013. Under this scheme, a number of Rupees 1000/- will be given to the industrial workers in the shape of L.T.C. on the pattern of Haryana Govt. whose monthly income is up to Rupees 18000/- per month and completed 5-year services. 1st block year for this facility is 2012-2015.
Children of Industrial workers for taking part in Sports competition.-
Labour welfare fund Haryana scheme has been introduced with effect from. 1.1.2013. Under this scheme financial help of Rupees, 1000/- to 10400/- will be given to the children of Industrial workers for taking part in the competition of individual and group games from District Level to International Level.
Children of Industrial workers for taking part in Cultural competition.-
Labour welfare fund Haryana scheme has been introduced with effect from. 1.1.2013. Under this scheme financial help of Rupee,s 1000/- to 10400/- will be given to the children of an Industrial worker for taking part in the individual and group cultural competition from District Level to International Level.
