    • Dear Arjun relax…. If the claim status is settled and you have not yet received the money… I will suggest you to wait atleast 3-5 working day’s… If bank details are ok u will definitely received the money…

      I am Qamrujjaman. I was worked this company scientific security management service Pvt Ltd. Bangalore.
      I applied the PF and pension money. But the PF has come and the pension money is not complete. RS.10,200 has come. And Rs. 10500 / – did not come. I applied once more but it was a rejected.
      Now I do not know again whether I will send money for the problems or not.

  3. PF kaatne ke time mein company UAN number alag alag company ka alag alag number deta hai.jo ham garibo ko . 3-4 .company mein kam karna parta hai. Koi company mein Naam galat Koi company mein date of birth galat . Koi company mein address galat… itna Parisania . company bhi nahi Sudhar Ti Hai . Aur Hamare UAN ka paisa UAN mei hi Reh jata hai?? Mera nivedan hai ki UAN number ko ATM card ka jesa de diya jay . Aur Har company mein ek hi UAN number Ho. Aur aage ka process PF office do the needful??.. I am thinking for all of man ?????

    • apka kehna sahi hai ye problems aati hai lekin…. agar apka aadhar card sahi hai usme pka name, father name aur dob sahi to…. to ap kitni companies badle apka wait UAN no. use m hoga aur sahi .. details ke sath.. ap 1 bar apna KYC verify karwa do, phir agr aap chaho to b details edit ya badal nai sakte hai aur company wale bhi wahi details utthe hai….. sarkar ne inni sab samasiyon se bachne ke ke UAN number banya hai.. taki aasi dikkten na aaie… dhanybad

    I have completed 6 yrs of working, eventhough i could not take maximum amount using construction for home option,because it shows only 3 yrs working history. I have transferred my working details from previous employer to new, the amount have been also credited in new pf account, when i enquired in my local pf office they said its an error from delhi..kindly do the needful as it is too emergency.       I think u r confused, Let me clear in few points
      1. In the given Uan number no claim or multiple organization working history is showing
      2. No claim has been transferred or setteled. Pls recheck whether the uan number is correct or not

    • Have you submitted those documents on company letterhead??? If yes then the only option is to take follow-ups with your company HR and that local distt of regional pf office where you have sent your claim. Generally offline mode takes 1 month. If not happened anything. I will recommend you to re apply

      In this matter i will recommend you to first check your bank account again, than bank account number, IFSC code and Name on that Bank account that is in your KYC. If all these are ok and still you have not yet received your claim money you should go to nearby PF distt office or near by pf regional office.

    I have updated my kyc for UAN and also updated my EPF DOE as known by me to get refund of pf amount. “DATE OF LEAVING IS LESS THAN 2 MONTHS FROM TODAY OR AGE SHOULD BE 58 YEARS OR MORE” message displays when applied for pf withdrawal (form-19) and “DATE OF LEAVING IS LESS THAN 2 MONTHS FROM TODAY OR TOTAL SERVICE IS LESS THAN 6 MONTHS” message displays when applied for pension withdrawal (form-10c). My total service is of 11 months approx. Kindly please help me to take the necessary step so that i can transfer my pf fund to bank account.

    • this is telling you in very simple language.. lets understand with an example. For example if your date of leaving is 31 jan 2019, than you have to wait atleast next 60 days before applying for PF or pension withdrawl. Ok. So now check your date of leaving date and apply after 60 days from there…. IT will accept and samein Pension fund options. This does not applied on those who has completed 58 yrs of age that means they have retiered.

  17. First i ask you one question that when any employee had joined any company and employer taking all document and submitted to pf office through offline or online then how a lot mistake had happened.

    SIr my UAN No: 100349133805 when i done online claim, my claim six time rejected (reason father name not updated in kyc) then i had sent and mailed joint deceleration form with my id proof but from six month till time my father name is not updated. i want to know how much time you had taken for such small work, and when i will be able to take my pf money.

    • Try to do it online if not happening, Its your company’s HR department to solve this go and catch them or complaint to the nearby distt office pf or nearby regional PF office… Generally time takne to complete KYC or corrections is 1 month maximum ( for offline) 10-15 for online updation…hanks

Hi sir good morning myself sooraj Singh I online applied for form 10c and form 19 on 8 July 2018 which is full and Final of withdrawal request still I am showing in clam status that under process approx 3 week has over.     This is to inform you that I am facing many challenge to get my epf money out..
    1) I have only uan no, I have lost epf register mobile no and also forget password of my uan number, as per pf policy I am changing pf password and register mobile no but I am unable to change it, as as per company details my date of birth is showing wrong details,

    2) If I am trying to call epf helpdesk and another mention number but no one is picking my call, I am trying call from November 2018 but no one is picking my call till now, any one plz help soon, just beck few month i had married my daughter and i have got a lot of debt that’s why i want to get my money out.

    For the past few days i have been trying to link my PAN card and UAN in the EPFO portal. Everytime i get an error “Temporary problem at PAN server. Please try again after some time”. I have been trying for a week now and still getting the same error. There is no mismatch in NAME and DOB in UAN and PAN as the name on PAN card was recently updated to match the UAN database. I have also checked my name in PAN data base it is the same as in UAN. For this reason I would not able to withdraw my money from EPFO. Please help.

    • Try to contact them again, if not helping than i will recommend you to submit a written complaint along with your uan and trust’s details to the local EPF office. They will further process… Always remember no employer can hold or stop your epf. It’s your own .. i hope this will help you

    Name has not changed in EPF account yet but message shows on EPFiGMS Grievance is “CASE DISPOSED OF”

    My name is Dinesh Sharma however in your PF account details it is mentioned Dinesh L Sharma. I have submitted the request on Nov 3, 2019, with my employer and they have corrected the document on their end after two days and they have submitted the document to the PF office however the PF department has not uploaded it and corrected it.

    I have already complained on EPFiGMS Grievance cell, message receive from EPFiGMS Grievance is “CASE DISPOSED OF” but Name has not changed in EPF account yet.
    I request you please change my name from Dinesh L Sharma to Dinesh Sharma as soon as possible.

        • EPF vale publicity me aisa bol rahe hai ki 72 hours me paise ajata hai ground reality kuch alag hi hai mene bhi apply kiya hai status os under process hi aa raha hai .Media or website pe sahi jankari do taki sabko hakikat malum pade ki 72 hours khali bolane ke liye hai varna 10 din ke bad bhi paise aa nahi rahe hai .

    For regarding to my PF transfer claim Provident Fund along with Pension amount by online, which is show Accepted by Field office but Not reflect in my current company due to my current company belong to Exempted Trust…. Sir meine 2 companies m kam kiya dono ka UAN no alag alag h but pf office same h mujse galti ye ho gayi meine pehli company ka pf nikala nhi aur dusri wali m se nikal liya uske baad pehli company wala pf dusri cmpany wale UAN no m transfer kr diye.     • Dear Rajveer there was no need to transfer your previous companies PF to this PF account

      in this case now I will suggest you to submit your greivance at EPFO grievance portal. Elaborate your concern along with supporting documents if any
      Provide your contact number email id to them and then they will provide you the solution for this

  36. Dear Sir , I provided 39 workers in Lucknow to L&T from may-16 to Nov-19 . Now company had completed the project and office shifted from here. I’m trying to activate UAN of everyone but it is showing that DOB is not matching from data.
