Follow the below steps to find out how to Change Father Name in EPF Account:
Step 1: Go to the uan member portal: https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/ and log in using UAN number & password.
Step 2: Go to the View > Profile details section from the given menu options and click on it.
Step 3: In the Profile section you will see Mobile number, Email ID, Name, Date of birth, Gender, Father name, Husband name, Relation, qualification, marital status, Permanent address & current address.
Step 4: Click on the edit option(pencil logo) at the eight sides of the email id option.
Step 5: Update your email id & click on the save button.
Step 6: Your email id has been saved & soon it will be updated in the EPFO record.
How to do it offline.
If someone still wants to go offline and make the corrections, a joint declaration by the employee and employer needs to be filled up and submitted to the EPFO.
