Follow the below steps to update the PAN account un epf account:

Step 1: Go to the official website of the epfo – https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/

Step 2: Go to Manage > KYC, and click on it.

Step 3: Options to edit PAN account, Aadhar card, PAN number, Passport, DL, Election card, Ration card, etc, by clicking on the “Select- Tick” button.

Step 4: Enter PAN Account Number, Name as per document and other details if applicable.

Step 5: After editing and entering the details save it.

Step 6: After saving it will reflect in KYC Pending for Approval section.

Step 7: Your pending KYC will be approved by your employer, by UIDAI, by the Income-tax department.

Step 8: Repeat the same process to update PAN, pan, aadhar, passport and ration card.

How to do it offline.

If someone still wants to go offline and make the corrections, a joint declaration by the employee and employer needs to be filled up and submitted to the EPFO.
