Haryana Labour Welfare Fund Spectacles Scheme -Eyeglasses Scheme:

Haryana Labour Welfare Fund Spectacles Scheme under the (LWF) Labour Welfare Fund Board. Under this scheme, financial assistance is provided for the purchase of eyeglasses of up to Rs.1500 in case of weak eyesight of workers working in industrial and commercial institutions of Haryana State and if the cost of spectacles will be less than Rs.1500. Actual cost will be provided and the benefit of this scheme is given to the laborer or his / her dependents. Below is the detailed information on Haryana Labour Welfare Fund Spectacles Scheme.

Haryana Labour Welfare Fund Spectacles Scheme Eligibility Criteria:

1. Once in a block of 5 years, an amount of Rs. 1500 will be provided as financial assistance to purchase spectacles.

2. The applicant will have to upload the medical certificate and the bill/receipt for the purchase of spectacles.

3. The laborer will upload the undertaking that he has never availed of the benefit of the applied scheme.

4. After the prescription of the doctor, the application will have to be submitted within three months from the date of the bill of purchase of glasses.

5. In order to apply for the family member/dependent of the laborer, the application has to be accompanied by proof of being dependent on the laborer, such as a certified copy of the ration card.

6. The service period of the laborer under this scheme is fixed for 1 year.

7. The monthly salary of the laborer should not exceed Rs. 25,000 / -.

Required Documents to Be uploaded while applying for the scheme.

1. Medical Certificate: Medical certificate from any MD/MS/MBBS Doctor or from any Govt Hospital to justify the requirement for Spectacles or Sunglasses.
2. Bill/Ticket Receipt: Scan copy of the original bill of purchased spectacles as prescribed by the Doctor.

 Apply Frequency:

• The worker can apply only once in his/her during service tenure.

Haryana Labour Welfare Fund Spectacles Scheme Amount:

• Maximum 1500/- or the actual price of spectacles.
