Atal Pension Yojana.
The Ministry of Labour & Employment which is one of the oldest and important Ministries of the Government of India is continuously working on improving the life and dignity of the Labour force of the country by protecting & safeguarding the interest of workers, promoting the welfare and providing social security to the Labour force both in Organized and Unorganized Sectors by enactment and implementation of various Labour Laws, which regulate the terms and conditions of service and employment of workers.
Atal Pension Yojana:
Atal Pension Yojana.
- Should be an Indian citizen
- Between the age of 18-40 years
- Having a bank account linked with Aadhaar
Eligibility Criteria for Atal Pension Yojana
- The contributor of his choice can attain a pension of 1000-5000 rupees, or he can also get an accumulated sum of the pension after his death.
- The accumulated amount will be given to the spouse or if the spouse is dead as well then to the nominee.
Note: This scheme is available through banks.
